PART ONE
ACTIVATING SENSITIVITY & INTUITION (CREATING THE ENVIRONMENT FOR CREATIVITY AND ALIVENESS)
We cultivate a new way of relating to ourselves, our emotions and our sensitivities that invites creativity in, instead of trying to force it or try to get it "perfect". We introduce specific processes to help navigate blocks not just to creativity, but in every aspect of our lives.
PART TWO
ACTIVATING GENIUS & THE DIVINE (CONNECTING TO HIGHER FREQUENCIES)
We hone our consciousness to bring more creativity into the way we interact with the world. We utilize techniques for non-linear ways of growth and open to the presence of beauty and high-vibrational energy fields that surround us in nature, in art and in the people around us.
PART THREE
ACTIVATING PASSION, AUTHENTICITY & STORYTELLING (TRANSLATING SOUL INTO FORM)
We push our edges, dive into details and embrace our humanness as way of affecting and uplifting ourselves and others. We start to see that the more we are willing to share, and share vulnerably, the more experiences, synchronicities and aliveness seems to find us along the way.

MEET YOUR HOST
EMILIA RAUCKYTE
During a mediation in June 2019, I got the intuitive nudge to commit to myself and my growth in an entirely different way—to create something every day for 100 days.
Over five years later, creativity has become an inextricable aspect of who I am. I’ve danced, written poetry, short stories and children's books, created short films, written songs, composed music, drawn cartoons, painted, doodled, gardened, cooked, macrame'd, sewed, designed logos and websites, made collages, stick art, digital art, chocolate wrapper sculptures, learned how to sing, played the guitar, cello and piano, taken photographs and recorded spoken word pieces.
This course and journey was born out of requests from others to share what I've learned—to assist into your own brilliant unfolding.
