A gorgeous path has opened up for me to return to Italy this summer.
This trip feels more like a pilgrimage than anything—to add depth, beauty, kindness, joy and connection into the tapestry of my offerings, to expand the depth of my heart to share even more with you in every way I know how.
The first week upon arriving will be spent in Rome—dancing, creating and absorbing the magnitude of passion and art and history that fills the city.
(And celebrating my birthday!)
Then a train ride will take me north for a once in a lifetime opportunity to attend the most brilliant Jacob Collier's immersive music retreat in the hills of Tuscany.
Music is one of my greatest loves in this lifetime.
To say this is a dream unfolding would be an understatement.
It is my deep belief and experience that when we put ourselves in the presence of genius, it begins to root, sprout and bloom everything alive within us.
This feels simulatenously like planting new seeds, while tending to and celebrating an internal garden I have been pouring my whole being into for years now.
After the retreat, my feeling is that love and the universe will lead the way—following what the heart guides in the joy of life, "la joie de vivre".
If you would love to support this trip to feel deeply nourishing, grounded, safe and expansive, your contributions mean the world to me.
I have prints of my photography and artwork to decorate your home with aliveness, or if it feels sweet to simply contribute monetarily, click here.
Thank you for reading this, thank you for your care, your love and your support.
Prayers and donations for a miraculous, safe and grace-filled adventure are so welcomed and dearly appreciated.
From the root of my soul,
- Emilia
P.S. If you have any connections in Italy, anyone who might want to host an Emilia or a live performance of music, poetry, dance and storytelling... <3

“...because adventure still calls
caves, trains and waterfalls
lavender in the countryside
the swelling of the Baltic tide
praying, breathing poetry
this will be the birth of me
I'll claim my own joie de vivre...”

“...I've waited my whole life for this
to be where grace is obvious
simplicity leads to bliss
a taste of the beloved's kiss...”
